Dashboard Development:
Conceptualized and built the dashboard with the in-house
IT team, featuring:
Monthly, Cumulative & Forecast Views for comprehensive
tracking.

Impact & Results:
Improved Performance Tracking: Forecast view enabled
real-time year-end performance visualization and planning.
Conducted Weekly Board-Level KPI Presentations with
Green/Yellow/Red status for quick decision-making.
Achieved 125% Plant Performance in 2018, the highest ever
for Volkswagen India.
