Role:
Established the PMO for STRATEGY 2022, defining the structure, responsibilities, and communication processes.
Led cross-functional teams (Cluster Heads, Sub-clusters) to drive over 80 strategic projects.
Developed a KPI Tree across company, division, and department levels to track performance.
Conceptualized and led the in-house development of a KPI Dashboard with real-time tracking.

Governance & Execution:
Conducted Weekly Board Reviews based on Green/Yellow/Red status.
Organized workshops for alignment with Volkswagen Group & Brand strategies.
Integrated the strategy into employee performance appraisals to ensure alignment at all levels.

Impact:
Achieved 125% Plant Performance in 2018, the highest ever for Volkswagen India.
Awarded Top Performing Plant among all Volkswagen Brand plants.
